Charlotte “Viva”, a Bay Area native, has been doing hair for 9 years in salons in SF and New Orleans. She trained at SFIEC Paul Mitchell in San Francisco, and spent the beginning of her career apprenticing with the talented proprietress of one of SF’s top salons - Glamorama - an iconic hub/institution of the SF queer community for 30 years and running.
Charlotte is a curly, textured hair & color goddess. With Deva Curl education and many years of intuitive adaptation, Charlotte has created systems for dry-cutting that are personalized for each texture and style.
Color-wise Charlotte specializes in balayage and creative color, bringing with her a lifetime of artistic experience + her own intrinsic rainbow magic.
Over the years of working closely with the crown chakra, Charlotte has come to incorporate energetic healing work in with her hair services - using Haircutting as a medium that serves as both a ritual & physical release of emotions and energies of the past that we carry in our hair.
In her consultation & practice, Charlotte first listens to the client’s aesthetic desires, and then takes this to the next level by tuning into the subtle communication of the client and their soul‘s desired self expression.
Charlotte works with the client on many levels, and offers herbal *alchemical* washes & rinses catered to the individual *salon magic* + options for energetic scalp massage, rejuvenation & Psychic (Hair) ReBoot!!!
